La habitación es/estáThe room is in a Woko Building, so you must satisfy the Woko criteria for subletting. You will be living in the flat with 10 more people (ETH/UZH students). The kitchen is shared among all. The bathroom and toilet are shared with 2 people. You will have all the basic amenities available (free Wi-Fi + refrigerator + cupboards). The room is spacious with ample natural light. It also comes with a single bed, mattress, table, chair, bookshelf, and 1 big cupboard. The room is just available for the said duration.
