My name is Divij, and I’m a 27-year-old from India. I speak perfect German, English and Hindi. I've spent the past 8 years living in a shared apartment in Munich, Germany, which has been an incredible experience. I've recently started a new position in Zurich.

The images shown above are reference images. I have visited the place and it looks almost same and is in new condition. The layout of the apartment is exactly as depicted in the drawing.

It's a 82 meter square 3.5 room apartment. The building was finished in July 2020. The total rent is 3050(2775 + 275) CHF per month. The electricity bill, Internet bill and radio tax will be shared on the top of the rent.

I will move into the apartment on 1st May. I am looking for a flat mate for the 10.9 meter square room. There is a wardrobe in common space next to the entrance. You can use the whole wardrobe for yourself so that you have more space in the room for other stuff. The living space and balcony is quite big and come with an amazing view towards the mountains. You can see the sunrise and sunset from your room and living room. You also get lot of natural light. We will share the balcony and living room. Since the apartment is not furnished you are free to bring your own stuff and ideas to decorate the place.

The apartment is just 2-3 minutes walk from Schlieren Bhf. There is also a cafe downstairs. There is also a 24h receptionist in case of an emergency like forgetting your keys.

There is also a gym on ground floor. The gym is included in the rent. You can use the gym 24 hours anytime you want. As a regular gym guy myself, I can confirm gym is quite spacious and comes with most of the necessary equipments.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. It comes with floor heating and good ventilation.

Currently I am the only one who has signed the contract. I have taken the deposit insurance for the whole deposit. I also have an liability insurance for the apartment. Once you move in, you will also be in the Contract.

We have our washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
