The apartment is shared with two professionals – a 26-year-old Belgian woman and a 32-year-old German man – in a spacious, modern 120m2 residence near Zürich Hardbrücke. It features a clean kitchen with a steamer, a generous living room, and two shared bathrooms. During summer, the large balcony provides a serene retreat. The apartment boasts high standards with parquet flooring, underfloor heating, and a Minergy certification.
