Das Zimmer ist möbliert. English: The room is ready to move in (limited until august 31, 2024). Its size is about 11 qm and part of a nice, bright 5.5-rooms-flat (overall 124 qm, 47 qm of that are living room) in a rather new building (2003). Furthermore, the flat includes a cooking-island, a big (as said before) living room, two bathrooms, 15 qm of balcony and a cellar. The room is furnished.
We are looking for
eine Mitbewohnerin (wir suchen ausdrücklich eine Frau, um das Geschlechterverhältnis in unserer WG aufrecht zu erhalten) idealerweise ab Alter 23 (Studentin oder arbeitstätig), die auch spontan an einem Filmabend oder Mario Kart Rennen, einem kleinen Apéro in der Wohnung oder bei sonstigen Aktivitäten dabei ist. Wir sind also keine Zweck-WG. Einen Putzplan sowie getrennte Kühlfachregale gab es bis jetzt nicht und hat sich gut bewährt :) English: We're looking for a roommate (we're looking explicitly for a female roommate to keep the gender balance) ideally at the age of 23 or older (student or working), who is also interested in taking part in movie nights or mario kart races, joining in an apéro or any other activity. We're not looking for someone who is looking for a place only for the limited purpose of sharing a flat. There's no cleaning schedule and the fridge compartments aren't separated which worked pretty fine in the past :)

eine 4er-WG: Alex (Jus), Rebecca (Physio) und Arno (Raum- und Luftfahrt), die gerne gemeinsam am Abend einen Wein oder ein Bier zu einem gemütlichen Abendessen geniessen und über Gott und die Welt diskutieren.
