De kamer isThe room is available from the 1st of June or 1st of July. The room is one bedroom (14 m2) in a spacious 4.5 apartment. It is furnished with one double bed, one desk, a chair and some drawers. The gross rent is 798 CHF/month. The cost of the furniture (which includes also the shared furniture) is 540 CHF. Internet (about 20 CHF/month) and electricity are not included. We have a fully furnished kitchen (with a dishwasher, yay!), a spacious living room (with 2 sofas) and a big balcony, which are both facing east, so we get lots of sun during the day. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The flat is in a peaceful area of Zurich. It's less than 10 minutes walking from ETH Hoenggerberg, so it's ideal for students. It's also less than 20 minutes from the main station by public transport.
