It's already furnished and by agreement all what is visible in the pictures can be (preferably) taken over, included a new bad with mattress, closet, desk and bookshelf. The keyboard is not included, sorry. No deposit needed.

We are: Andrea (29, M), currently finishing a PhD in Physics and enjoys music and outdoor activities; Andrea (26, M), currently starting a PhD in Biochemistry and enjoys sport and outdoor activities. We are both Italians, and we like to maintain a lively flat life. We like to cook fine Italian food, eat together and also spend time together in the cosy living room or in the garden. However, we respect privacy and the need to retreat. We would describe us as open-minded, enterprising and broadly interested people.
