【Transport】Tram 14 and Bus 80 from Seebach station, 8-minute walk to Zurich Oerlikon train station. Seebach train station downstairs.
【Shopping】3-minute walk to Migros, Denner Discount, Turkish supermarket, and butcher. Post Finance nearby.
【Room】Approximately 14sqm bedroom, 40sqm shared space, kitchen, and two bathrooms.
【Rent】730 CHF/month, all utilities included (less than a month prorated at 50 CHF/day).
【Furniture】Single bed, desk, chair, large wardrobe, communal washing machine, drying room.
