Die übrige Wohnung (ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche) ist schön und heimelig eingerichtet und im Sommer angenehm kühl. Eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit eines Veloraums zum Unterstellen für Fahrräder / Mofas.
EN: The rest of the flat (a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen) is beautifully and cosily furnished and pleasantly cool in summer. A communal terrace invites you to linger. There is also a bicycle room for storing bicycles/mopeds.

Wir suchen eine angenehme, ordentliche und rücksichtsvolle Person die sich einen schönen Monat in unserem gemeinsamen Dihei machen möchte. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, daher besteht leider keine Möglichkeit eigene Möbel mitzubringen / unterzustellen. Bist du offen, verbringst gerne gemütliche Stunden auf der Terrasse und bist auch mal spontan für ein gemeinsames Abendessen zu haben - wärst du perfekt geeignet. Laura (die Inhaberin des Zimmers) verreist von Juni-Juli und Julia (deine Mitbewohnerin) würde dir im Tobi-Home Gesellschaft leisten.
EN: We are looking for a pleasant, tidy and considerate person who would like to spend a nice month in our shared Dihei. The room is furnished, so unfortunately it is not possible to bring / store your own furniture. If you are open-minded, like to spend cosy hours on the terrace and are sometimes spontaneously available for a dinner together - you would be perfect. Laura (the owner of the room) is travelling from June to July and Julia (your flatmate) would keep you company in the Tobi-Home.
¿Quién somos?
Wir sind Laura (Inhaberin des Zimmers) und Julia (deine Mitbewohnerin) und wohnen seit bereits gut 2 Jahren in unserer schönen Wohnung. Vor unserem Einzug wurde die Altbauwohnung saniert und hat ihren Charme behalten können aber eben auch eine super schöne neue Küche und Bad erhalten. Wir lieben diesen Mix aus Altbau und Modern und hoffen das dieser auch dich anspricht. Das Tobi-Home ist wirklich unser Dihei und wir hoffen daher auf eine Person, die dies auch zu schätzen weiss.
EN: We are Laura (owner of the room) and Julia (your flatmate) and have been living in our beautiful flat for a good 2 years now. Before we moved in, the old building was renovated and has retained its charm, but has also been given a super nice new kitchen and bathroom. We love this mix of old and modern and hope that it appeals to you too. The Tobi-Home is really our Dihei and we hope to find someone who appreciates this.
