if there is a garden ,Balcony , one simple room for study so that will be great.
I not smoking, simplicity is my life style, I love plants, nature and to ride cycle, cooking , books , reading and travel to see the Switzerland nature are my hobbies.

Note: a cheap rent would be an advantage.
