La stanza è🇩🇪 Das Zimmer ist 12.1 qm gross und liegt in der westlichen Region unserer 160 qm grossen 6.5-Zimmer WG im 9. Stock des Letzibach-Blocks. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Stadt, Schweizer Alpen und den Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben Sachen in der Wohnung. Unter anderem Geschirrspülmaschine, Stube (so klassisch mit Sofas und `nem ziemlich grossen Fernseher und so), `ne edle Loggia (genug gross für dich und die Crew mit Sofa, Grill und so), zwei Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine/Thumbler, und genug Platz für Party, Breakdance Battles und Yoga. Alles schön durchflutet von natürlichem Licht von 3 Seiten. Eine Dachterrasse gibt es auch, nur ist diese halt oben auf dem Dach. Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung über ein Kellerabteil und einen Veloraum.
Optional kann man hinzumieten: Autostellplatz (+ 220 CHF) / Motorradstellplatz (+ 50 CHF) in der Tiefgarage.
WICHTIG: Vom 24.05. bis 30.06. wohnst du zunächst im Zimmer von Andreas. Er ist im Urlaub und möchte deshalb zur Untermiete wohnen. Ab dem 1.7. können Sie in Ihr eigentliches Zimmer umziehen, wie es hier beschrieben ist. Wenn Ihnen das nicht zusagt, bewerben Sie sich bitte nicht :)
The room is 12.1 sqm and is situated in the western region of our 6.5-room flat with a total size of 160 sqm located on the 9th floor of the Letzibach building. Stunning view on the city, the swiss alps and the sunset. We’ve got things in the flat. Among these are a dish washer, a living room (quite classical with couches and a rather large television and so on), a classy loggia (with enough space for you and the crew with sofa, grill and dining table), two bathrooms with a washer/drier, and enough space for party, breakdance battles and yoga. Everything is nicely flooded by natural light from three sides. A rooftop terrace does exist, too, yet it happens to be on the roof top. In addition, the flat possesses a basement compartment and a bicycle storage.
Optionally, you can rent in the basement garage: parking lot for your car (+ 220 CHF) / your motorbike (= 50 CHF).
IMPORTANT: from 24/5 until 30/6, you will first stay in Andreas' room. He is on holidays, and would therefore like to subrent. From 1/7, you can move to your actual room, as it is described here. If this does not suit you, please do not apply :)

🇩🇪 Jemand unkompliziertes mit WG-Erfahrung der Bock auf Community hat und wenn‘s mal später wird einfach mitfeiert 😉 . Must have: Team-Player:in, kommunikativ, offen, tolerant, spontan, (legal) solvent und stubenrein. Pluspunkte: Bereitschaft, auch ohne “Ämtli” einmal einen Putzlumpen in die Hand zu nehmen, (Hobby-) Gärtner: biker oder skifahrer; am liebsten in unserem Altersbereich
🇬🇧 Somebody uncomplicated with WG experience, who’s down for community and just joins the party if the night is getting later 😉 . Must have: team-player, communicative, open, tolerant, spontaneous, (legally) solvent and house-trained. Plus factors: willingness to keep our place tidy and clean, (Hobby-) gardener, biker or skier. Preferably in our age range.

We are 2 guys and 2 girls:
Marcelo about Sofia: Our youngest lady, Sofia (25), can often be found at home, if she’s not off travelling the world. Adhering to her Italian roots, she loves good food, olive oil and parmeggiano. Always with a smile in the living room, happy to chat or continue working while you are cooking. It has been said that she can make ice cream, yet her machine has never appeared. If you can make that happen, you get the room!
Nico about Naomi (28). Found the perfect balance between kick-ass boss lady and cuddely teddy bear. Cooks decently, if she wants to. Loves good talks, hugs, colorful skies and sports. She will probably never say no to a workout or a nice swim in the Limmat!
Naomi about Andreas: Our youngest (28) and rarest specimen (soon to be Dr.) Andreas is always on the road and down for every adventure. In the mountains for skiing, biking with the van around in europe or spontaneously on tour-de-india. And he always has an emergeny cereals stock.
Andreas about Marcelo: Mister M. Toran a.k.a. Sticky (34), a sophisticated Catalan man of the world and pleasure, efficient in shortcuts. Really hard to annoy. Often found in the loggia and always down for a chat. Strong interest in traveling, clubbing, sports such as biking , paella and Lomo. Focus of work: IT.
We are sometimes not around, but often we are. Spontaneous get-togethers with friends or neighbors, or just refuging meditatively into one’s own room: that’s how we roll mainly …
