La stanza èDas freiwerdende Zimmer ist 20m2 gross und befindet sich in einer 120m2 4 ½-Zimmer-Wohnung. Wir haben ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit einer 40m2-Garten-Terrasse, eine moderne Küche mit GS, ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und ein Gäste-WC. Heiz-, Strom-, WLAN sowie Haushaltsmittel werden geteilt. Innerhalb 30Min. ist man am Zürcher Hauptbahnhof und innerhalb 40Min. ist man an der ETH oder UZH. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. April, 1. Mai oder 1. Juni 2024 verfügbar und ist inzwischen bis auf einem Bücherregal und grosser Kommode unmöbiliert.

The size of the vacant room is 20m2 and is in a 120m2 apartment. We have a big living room and a 40m2-terrasse as well as a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a bath room with washing machine and a guest toilet. Costs, i.e. heating, electricity, WLAN and stuff for the household will be divided. Within 30min. you are at Zurich Mainstation or within 40min. at ETH or UZH. The room will be available as per 1st April, 1st May or 1st June 2024. The room is meanwhile unfurnished expect a large commode and a high bookshelf (you only have to provide a bed and a desk).

Chi siamo
Mein Mitbewohner ist ETH Student in Electrical Engineering und ich selber arbeite als Assistentin in einer Anwaltskanzlei für Wirtschaftsrecht und in meiner Freizeit bin ich hauptsächlich mit Putzen, Waschen, Einkaufen und Kochen sowie mit der Pflege der Garten-Terrasse beschäftigt. In der übrigen Zeit treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden/Familie oder singe und tanze sehr gerne.
